1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Latex Beth website and the purchase of any services offered by Beth Parkin trading as Latex Beth. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Latex Beth offers the following services:

• Latex DIY workshops (group and private)
• Consultations and industry mentoring
• Brand collaborations and manufacturing support
• Bespoke commissions via The Atelier

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Latex Beth.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

For bespoke commissions, a deposit may be required to secure your place. Deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

5. Workshops - your responsibilities

By attending a workshop you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by the tutor
• Wear appropriate clothing (latex-safe, old clothes recommended)
• Inform us in advance of any allergies, particularly latex allergies
• Treat all equipment and materials with care

Latex Beth reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with safety guidelines or behaves in a manner that disrupts the session.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, designs and course materials - is the intellectual property of Beth Parkin unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

Workshop participants retain ownership of the garments they make. Course materials and techniques taught remain the intellectual property of Latex Beth.

7. Photography and media

Latex Beth may photograph or film workshops for promotional purposes. By attending a workshop you consent to being photographed unless you notify us in writing before the session. Images will not be used in a way that identifies you without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latex Beth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
