Workshop places are limited and in high demand. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully before booking.

To cancel or reschedule, please email latexdiy@bethparkin.com as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing.
If Latex Beth cancels a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Private workshop bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the session date will be charged in full.
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
Ongoing mentoring packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
All bespoke commissions require full upfront payment to begin work.
Once production has begun, commissions cannot be cancelled. If you wish to make changes to your commission after work has started, additional charges may apply.
Completed commissions are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty or do not match the agreed specification. In such cases, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
Digital products and downloadable course materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
To request a refund, email info@bethparkin.com with your booking reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
