REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing my services. I strive to deliver the highest quality in all my products and services. Please read the refund policy carefully:
Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds on any digital services once the service has been provided or accessed. This policy is in place because digital services are intangible and cannot be returned.
Made-to-Measure and Custom Items
All made-to-measure and custom items are crafted specifically for you according to your specifications. As a result, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your order and initiates the process of gathering materials and scheduling work.
Order Cancellations
Before Work Has Commenced: If you wish to cancel your order before work has started, cancellation may be possible. However, a fee will be charged to cover the inconvenience and the cost of any supplies purchased specifically for your order.-
After Work Has Commenced: Once work on your order has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the materials already being used and the progress made on your order.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
- There is a demonstrable error or fault on my part in the service provided.
- The product delivered does not match the specifications provided by the customer.
In such cases, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the service or item, detailing the error or issue. I will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund, provide a replacement at no additional cost or another mutually agreed upon solution.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
1. Contact me at info@bethparkin.com within 7 days of receiving the service or item.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation or evidence.
